Refund policy

Return Policy: We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or refund of the product price. All returns MUST be made WITHIN 30 DAYS after delivery of the product and MUST be returned in the original box/packaging. All our items are Limited Editions that may not be able to be available for replacement or exchange. In this case we would offer a full refund of the original product’s purchase price. Note, slight product box dings are not included in our return policy as our boxes are designed for the sole purpose of protecting the hand-crafted items inside. Under our return policy, damage to the actual statue inside is covered if the item was damaged upon arrival and reported within 30 days upon receipt of the shipment.

For returns other than damaged goods, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed (shipping fees cannot be refunded). “Damaged goods” is defined as damage that has occurred prior to delivery of a shipment. This does not include damage due to improper handling of the statue. Please note these are fragile and should be handled with care. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a pre-order at any time prior to the
figure’s ship date Ship dates vary by figure. Once the figure is available for shipping,
orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. See our return policy for
details on returning products that is ordered and shipped. The cancellation policy
does not apply to items that are in-stock at the time of purchase.
For pre-order cancellations only, please send an email to support@
knucklebonz.com to request cancellation. Please include “CANCELLATION REQUEST”
in the subject line. Only cancellation requests submitted before the product’s in-
stock date will be processed.
