November 15th, 1983 was the initial release date for Ozzy Osbourne Bark at the Moon. This was the 1st studio release since the tragic lose of Randy Rhoads and the debut of the amazing talent Jake E. Lee on guitar. The record was the 3rd Top 20 USA charting record for Ozzy and removed any doubt as to the band rebounding from losing Randy.
