On this day in 1975 Led Zeppelin released their 6th studio album "Physical Graffiti ". The term studio is used loosely here because the album was primarily recorded at the Heady Grange county estate in Hampshire England. This is significant because the allowed the band ample time to improvise arrangements which fuels this masterpiece. Some of the heaviest Led Zeppelin to date was on the recording. The John Bonham's drum open and Jimmy Page's riff on "The River" are heavy bloody metal at it's purest. Physical Graffiti also includes "Kashmir" showing off the diversity the band had in this era.

We were fortunate to work directly with Jimmy Page on this design...still a fav for us here at the KnuckleBonz studio.
