SHIPPING: We use FedEx delivery for shipping within the US. For delivery within the United States, delivery methods available include: FedEx Ground, (Home or Commercial Delivery) which typically delivers 5-7 business days. Also, FedEx Overnight delivery is offered. We use UPS for delivery in Canada. Outside US and Canada, we offer FedEx International Priority (est. 3 business days) and USPS Global Express Mail (est. 7-10 business days). Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on shipments outside the US.

When ordering multiple figures, certain sculptures may ship at different times. This is particularly common when a multiple figure order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered figure or figure that is not currently in stock. For example, if you order (on the same order form) one figure that is in stock and pre-order another figure that will not ship right away, the two figures will not ship together. In any instance where multiple products ordered do not ship together, we will need to recalculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the each figure as it ships. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping method you have selected and the weight of the figure or figure(s) that are being shipped.


LIMITED EDITION INFORMATION: All collectible sculptures will be limited editions. Sorry, we cannot accept requests for specific edition numbers. Each figure will be hand numbered.


PRE-ORDERING: Customers can pre-order a figure before it is available for shipping. Pre-ordering can guarantee that you reserve one of the limited edition sculptures in advance. To pre-order, the customer orders the product through the shopping cart as normal, but the credit card information obtained for reserving a pre-ordered product will not be charged until the item ships.


Important Note: Your credit card company may hold funds for a temporary timeframe as a normal part of the credit card verification. Typically, this timeframe ranges from 5-30 days (depending on your bank or credit card companies policies); however, the funds are NOT transferred to KnuckleBonz, Inc. until the product ships. KnuckleBonz does not charge for products until they are available to ship.


ORDERING: Once the product becomes available for shipping, customers can order the figures through our shopping cart. Credit cards will be charged when the product is shipped.


RETURN POLICY: We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or refund of the product price. All returns MUST be made WITHIN 30 DAYS after delivery of the product and MUST be returned in the original box/packaging. All of our items are Limited Editions that may not be able to be available for replacement or exchange. In this case we would offer a full refund of the original product purchase price. For returns other than damaged goods, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed (shipping fees can not be refunded). “Damaged goods” is defined as damage that has occured prior to delivery of a shipment. This does not include damage due to improper handling of the sculpture. Please note these are fragile and should be handled with care. CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel a pre-order at any time prior to the figure’s ship date Ship dates vary by figure. Once the figure is available for shipping, orders cannot be cancelled once they have placed. See our return policy for details on returning product that is ordered and shipped. The cancellation policy does not apply to items that are in-stock at the time of purchase.
