Limited Time to Buy at $125…. Price Increase in March

Hi All,

2018 will be another behemoth year for KnuckleBonz with even more new products to be announced.  Along with these new additions to our Rock Iconz™ series, there will be a price increase, our first in almost a decade. This is needed to allow us to continue to deliver the same great official licenses from top bands and artists, statue quality, and level of detail we have been creating since our founding in 2003. On March 20th, all shipping Rock Iconz as well as any Pre-Order statues will increase to $149.

Take this time to lock in at our current $125 price and add any Rock Iconz that are missing from your collection.
KnuckleBonz products are all hand-crafted. They are now (and will always be) created in very limited editions. It’s a way for super passionate fans and collectors to connect with our music past and present. We do our best to create value for our customers, yet still have a product that is accessible to all. That said, we know our work is not for everyone and is not meant to be. A Rock Iconz Limited Edition is an investment; a factor that we take very seriously. Each limited edition brings together never more than 3000 people worldwide as part of the brotherhood and sisterhood who honors the great music performers in music.
We are so pleased and privileged to continue the Rock Iconz Series into our 15th year.
Thx and Rock Hard !

KnuckleBonz® Rock Iconz™ Production Update

Early November Ship Date:  Alice Cooper, Megadeth, Motorhead, Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd and KISS are all scheduled to ship in early November 2017 from our USA warehouse.

To all our customers who pre-ordered this spring and summer 2017:  First of all, thx for your support of our work as we near our 15th year. The Rock Iconz Series continues to Rock Hard ! because of all of you! Production has wrapped up on many products and we can give some firm details on shipping.

Alice Cooper “Ballad of Dwight Fry” and “Billion Dollar Babies” is being assembled in color boxes today to ship. We really dig the way the base on Alice BoDF and the Snake on Alice BDB came together. Really cool detail.

Both Megadeth Rock Iconz® for Dave Mustaine and Vic Rattlehead “Peace Sells” are complete and on the way to our warehouse. Dave had a change he wanted on the package design at the end so we wanted to make sure “The General” was happy with all details.

Motörhead, Lemmy II and The Warpig are final and loading today to begin the voyage to our USA warehouse. We were refining Lemmy’s paint details till the last minute to make it the best it can be. The Warpig is a hulking piece and quite heavy…we think you will dig it.

All KISS “Hotter Than Hell” and “Alive” statues are also wrapped up. We were at KISS management in West Hollywood for a final review last week. All were excited to see the sets live. They always tell us how cool it is to see Rock Iconz Ltd. Edition statues in person…”pictures never do them justice.” There are (8) individual statues that can be purchased.

Syd Barrett is also finished and making it’s way to us. Syd was an interesting design for us as it’s really the first statue in the Rock Iconz Series that does not attempt to capture a moment of live-performance. The final product is an instant fav for many here at the KnuckleBonz. Syd “Shines on” for sure.

Alice Cooper, Megadeth, Motorhead, Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd and KISS are all scheduled for an early November ship date from our USA warehouse. Pre-Order customers have priority and will ship out first. They will ship in the order they were received.

Janis Joplin is still in pre-production and should begin final molding soon. That one is looking like an early 2018 release. Will keep you updated on that one throughout the holidays.

Any questions about pre-orders, pricing and availability for Rock Iconz should be sent to customer service via support@knucklebonz.com . They have all the info. Please don’t send questions via social media. They don’t have access to order information there.

It’s Thrash Week at KnuckleBonz! Megadeth

Rolling out our Megadeth Rock Iconz(R) Limited Edition statues for Dave Mustaine with his Angel of Deth Guitar. It’s a timeless image of Dave in a signature military top and the black and yellow radiation logo.
Our 2nd design brings the Peace Sells, But Who’s Buying? album cover art to life. Vic Rattlehead is hunched of the “For Sale” sign atop a pile of war rubble…”It’s Still WE, the people right?”
These statues have been almost 2 years in the making. We originally contacted  Dave 2 years ago and agreed to create these Rock Iconz limited edition statues. For various reasons, most of which we had no control over, it’s taken that long to get these ready for all the Megadeth and KnuckleBonz Rock Iconz faithful. Dave approved our prototypes a couple of weeks ago just before Megadeth headed our on tour for their dates throughout Asia Pacific.

We hope to catch up with Mustaine to present the finished 1st castings in the Megadeth limited edition Rock Iconz statues sometime  later this summer. Will try to capture some video from that for you.

Tons more Rock Iconz announcements coming for the balance of the year and we are listening to your feedback. Tell us what you want to see us create in 2017. #Megedeth #DaveMustaine #KnuckleBonz

Little Background…

Some history that set up KnuckleBonz and still is a strong influence.

I had the unbelievable fortune of growing up backstage at the prestige concert venues in Washington DC, D.A.R Constitution Hall and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. On any given week, I would see a great composer Aaron Copeland walk the National Symphony thru Fanfare for the Common Man and the last performance of “Grin,” Nils Lofgren’s band that he founded and left to join Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band.

I had free reign if I stayed off the radar. The stage hands all looked after me to make sure I didn’t get crushed by a lighting truss.  How can this be? It was less about fortune and more about the simple fact that I was too small to stay at home by myself. So, I had to go into work with my Dad who just happened managed these venues from the early 70s thru into the 90s, an amazing time in music and the arts.

It was so cool to be in these concert halls on the day of a show day. We would be in early AM and house would be mostly dark. You could actually hear the silence of the hall because of the great acoustics. Hard to imagine I know, but I could hear it, almost feel it. I’d take a seat 5th row center, the Kennedy Center’s massive pipe organ a silent sentinel downstage. and image what would take place later that eve.

It’s a feeling I still get today before we start a new Rock Iconz® Limited Edition statue project at KnuckleBonz. Every time we begin a new statue design, I stare at the screen and try to image a finished project that is about 3 to 4 months away, what’s the era we will choose to create, the pose, the stagewear, the base design, the package art?

All these things must come together, not unlike staging a great arena rock show. That’s what we do hear at KnuckleBonz. We try to capture a glimpse from our past, a moment on-stage from the world’s greatest performers and it all dates back to a kid with a bunch of time to kill at his dad’s place of business.
